As the UX design leader for Revolving Credit, I managed 5 UX designers & 4 core products across 2 global markets. I drove the concept design, ideation, and user testing from concept to launch for the PayPal Cashback Mastercard. I championed a ready-to-use & user-tested design framework of components in Figma, decreasing the time to market for future credit products.

I worked within the firm-wide applications team, developing internal enterprise applications to support the marketing, financial, and project management teams. Working in an agile environment, I take an iterative, user-centered approach, incorporating user feedback as I design the product—whether it is a mobile application or a web-based financial dashboard—and pivoting as business priorities shift.

While at eBay, I was the lead designer for WorldofGood.com and eBay Giving Works. I designed pilot websites for entrepreneurial projects conceived by the Social Innovation team. Working closely with product managers and developers, I created UI wireframes and hi-fidelity visual designs with specs. I collaborated with marketing team managers to conceptualize seasonal campaigns and ensure that the designs championed and maintained eBay design standards and industry best practices.

Switching easily among multiple brands for three distinct business units, I collaborated with the marketing team to design retail tags and signage for partnerships with Hallmark and Disney.
