Kohl's Digital
Senior Mobile Customer Experience Designer
February 2015 –July 2016   |   Milpitas, California
I crafted mobile app experiences that bridged the divide between the digital environment and the in-store experience. Always an advocate for the customer and human-centered design, I participated in qualitative research sessions & iterated quickly on the results. Customer journey maps, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, story boards and specification documents are just a few examples of the deliverables I provided.
UX Designer
November 2012 – January 2015  |   San Francisco, California
Gensler is the largest architectural firm in the world. I worked within the firm-wide applications team, developing internal enterprise applications to support the marketing, financial, and project management teams. Working in an agile environment, I take an iterative, user-centered approach, incorporating user feedback as I design the product—whether it is a mobile application or a web-based financial dashboard—and pivoting as business priorities shift.
Web Designer 2
February 2010 – June 2012   |   San Jose, California
While at eBay, I was the lead designer for WorldofGood.com and eBay Giving Works. I designed pilot websites for entrepreneurial projects conceived by the Social Innovation team. Working closely with product managers and developers, I created UI wireframes and hi-fidelity visual designs with specs. I collaborated with marketing team managers to conceptualize seasonal campaigns and ensure that the designs championed and maintained eBay design standards and industry best practices.
