As a designer, I look forward most to talking with customers about the experiences I design, and finding that magical moment in the customer journey that either makes or breaks an experience. My curiosity is endless, and I often get more excited when a hypothesis fails in qualitative testing, because often I uncover additional unmet customer needs that inspire me to build an even more innovative product.
With over 16 years of experience in design, I have developed a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and preferences across different platforms and contexts. Still there is always more to learn, and diving in to a new space and learning quickly is one of my core skills. I am a systems thinker and thrive mapping out complex end-to-end customer journey, which I am equally comfortable presenting to my design team or adapting my story-telling to an executive audience.

Throughout my career, I’ve thrived on leading and shipping high-visibility projects with high levels of ambiguity. Facilitating design jams and workshops with both the core design team and key partners
Storytelling by layering customer insights, business needs & design strategy in compelling presentations
Coaching design team members to think broadly about how different parts of an experience impact the whole
